When a customer orders a digital item, he/she will gain unlimited access to a download link where the designs are stored. Therefore, due to the nature of digital downloads, these items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. There is also no return, replacement, or cancellation.

For buyers who want to buy designs for Personal Use
- You may use PepperyDots designs for your personal needs repeatedly (for instance birthday invites, personal tumblers, t-shirt gifts, welcome banners, sticker giveaways, mug decals, personal social channel posts, etc.)
- Never share our designs - even for personal use
- Please give proper credit to PepperyDots Shop on your website, blog, social channels, etc.
For buyers who want to buy designs for Commercial Use
_The first step is to contact us.
- Receipt of purchase confirms right for use for small businesses that sell up to 1000 copies monthly - you do not need to buy an additional license. Please give “PepperyDots” proper credit.
Other Important Terms
- Reselling our digital downloads is strictly PROHIBITED
- You cannot claim our work as your own / you cannot edit our work and then claim it as your own
- You cannot use any of our shop’s design or content in a negative way, such as in a defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner
- Our Colored SVGs/AIs are intended for "scaling/resizing" to produce high-quality prints in any size, and are not best suited for editing to convert designs to outline/lineart/silhouette, stenciling, or vinyl solid cutout unless otherwise stated
- PepperyDots designs cannot be used to create AI (artificial intelligence) generations
- We do not give technical/troubleshooting tips about printers or software (i.e. Cricut, Silhouette, Illustrator, Canva, printing, etc.), we only sell digital files
- When you buy at PepperyDots shop, it means that you already have the knowledge required on how to use digital downloads
